Druhý Marcus Ericsson zůstal o velký kus vzadu - na mladého Itala mu scházely 2,5 sekundy. Z nováčků se objevili také Lando Norris (McLaren), George Russell (Mercedes), Nicholas Latifi (Force India), Oliver Rowland (Williams) a Sean Gelael (Toro Rosso), jenž testoval pro Pirelli.

Nejvíce kol zvládl Hartley s druhým vozem Toro Rosso - 126 kol odpovídá vzdálenosti přes 552 km (velká cena se v neděli jela na 70 kol). O kolo méně má na kontě závodní pilot Red Bullu Daniel Ricciardo, přes stovku se dostali i Gelael s Latifim.
Nová přední křídla jsme mohli pozorovat u Force Indie, Red Bullu a Williamsu. Haas neměl žádné velké věci k testování, kvůli nákladům a velké zátěži personálu v posledních 6 týdnech se proto testů neúčastní.
